Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return request period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding your order.

Due to the hygienic nature of the HydraH₂ Hydrogen Bottle, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or used. As the bottle is a personal hydration device that comes into contact with the mouth, opened products cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

HydraH₂ products may be sold through various online platforms and authorised sellers. Price differences may occur between retailers, promotions, or sales channels. Purchases made through HydraH₂ cannot be returned or refunded based on price differences found elsewhere after purchase.

HydraH₂ does not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind after the order has been placed or delivered.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return request, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in the original packaging
• Be in the same condition that it was received
• Include proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue with the product.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement bottle to be sent free of charge.

HydraH₂ resolves product issues by providing a replacement item once the issue has been verified.

HydraH₂ reserves the right to decline claims where sufficient evidence of the issue cannot be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used HydraH₂ bottles
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items showing signs of use
• Items returned due to change of mind
• Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

If you require an exchange, please contact our support team and we will advise the best solution.

Any approved exchanges must follow the return instructions provided by our support team.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify, the item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under this regulation.


Refunds

If a return request is approved, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
